Delete files permanently, without emptying your recycle bin
There is a way to delete files that won't go into your recycle bin as shown
Right click your recycle bin - select properties - then tick the box where it says.
"Do not move files to the recycle, remove files immediately when deleted"
then click OK, and your done.
